WOW!  It was a Hot time @ the King Cake Party & Yachty Gras Parade last night.  Our wonderful hosts, pulled out all the stops!  They had a huge heated room that held the food, tables & chairs and lots of mingling space! The outside had beautiful Lighted Masks, decorations, lights, covered picnic tables, music, fire pit to sit around, you name it, they had it!  Of course, they ordered the great sunny weather, with a great sunset to boot!  We had access to the Sundance Docks and many went out to get an even closer look at the Yacht Gras Parade.  We had horns, noise makers and even sang Christmas songs to the Christmas Tree float.  The King Cake Baby was found, and Juli Graham was awarded the title "Queen of Yachty Gras" and all the regalia that came with it.  Pix will be forthcoming on the website.  Andy Howard should have a lot of great shots!  The cajun dishes everyone brought were outstanding, esp. the Gumbo! I want to thank our awesome Host:  Luke & Linda Sterling, JJ & Claire Wallace, Gary & Juli Graham & Doc & Monica Mulloy!

You blew me away!  I don't know how our hosts are doing it, but the extra effort each one of your are putting forth to show our TMCA'ers a good time, surely shows! I know y'all worked really hard, esp. Linda!  Cheers to all of you!  Thank you, of course, to all our wonderful members & guests who came out to join in the party! This is not the complete list of who was there, but we had between 50-60 in attendace!  What a great time!  Can't wait for the next event!
